James Gaede, MD, MA from Eisenhower Health Center in Palm Springs will present: Understanding Your Wellness by Understanding Micro-organisms – A discussion based on the Human Microbiome Project. This fascinating lecture will discuss new information about wellness based on recent discoveries from the Human Microbiome Project. The Project seeks to understand the “normal” organisms living in and on the human body (now thought to be more than 50,000 types!!) in the hopes that these “friends” will provide better insight into human development and wellness.
